Home Sweet Home is Northwest Housing Alternatives’ annual chocolate tasting fundraising event designed to take a bite out of the high cost of housing in Oregon – and to have fun doing it!
Local Oregon chocolatiers will serve many sweet samples of chocolate – cupcakes, gelato, vegan truffles and many other delicious items. Enjoy live music and a silent auction while supporting a cause you care about!
This is a one of a kind experience to spend the evening in this beautiful garden with the company of Impact NW supporters, board of directors and leadership team. The party starts with a social hour that includes local wine, beer, and delightful appetizers. View and bid on one-of-a-kind garden containers created and donated by nursery professionals. Dinner will be served under the tent in the beautiful garden at Portland Nursery, who are hosting us once again this year!
The 8th Annual Brews for New Avenues, a series of events celebrating rare beer and showcasing the social consciousness of the beer community, will take place August 8-10th, 2019. Considered to be the largest rare beer auction in the world, Brews for New Avenues brings hundreds of beer connoisseurs and breweries from around the globe to Portland, Oregon. More importantly, 100% of proceeds from this unique series of events benefit New Avenues for Youth’s programs and services for youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.

Nobody likes alarm clocks. That’s why the Twilight Half Marathon starts at 6 PM. Get a good night’s sleep, spend the day however you want, and run when it’s cool.
Beginner and walker-friendly; pick from four distance options – 1/2 marathon, 10k, 5k, and Kid’s Mile. The course is pancake flat, making for a fast, easy run…..maybe even a PR! Finishers receive a souvenir shirt, and owl medal, a post-race meal, and 2 beers or ciders from Hopworks Urban Brewery.

This year’s Fiesta of Hope is moving to Main Street, just outside of our beautiful new building, to show you what you’ve made possible for Adelante Mujeres and the leaders we serve.
Before the live auction and program, guests will have an opportunity to tour our new building and enjoy live music and a cocktail street party. We’ll share stories of our roots, our growth and everything that’s possible when Latina girls and women come into their power. And we’ll finish the fiesta with entertainment from Son de Cuba and more.

Presented by The Standard and Recesstime Sports Leagues, Corporate Kickball is an employee engagement fundraiser that gets your team out of the office and onto the kickball field for an afternoon of team building and fun. Food and adult beverages provided! Participating teams spend an exciting afternoon seeking out the Regional Trophy while simultaneously helping to raise funds that support healthy, inclusive and developmental play for over 18,000 kids at 40+ elementary schools.

We are pleased to announce that the TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program is holding its second annual fundraising event on Wednesday June 12, 2019. The TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program is a hands-on, invention-based curriculum taught directly in classrooms around the Portland Metro area. The program inspires, challenges and empowers students to become the next generation of business and community leaders, and encourages them to consider higher education and careers in STEM/STEAM fields. This event will include dinner, pitch presentations from past students, company displays, and a silent and live auction.

The Paddle Challenge will return in 2019 as an annual event. Each year, we will feature one of our region’s beautiful waterways and encourage our supporters to accept the call to adventure for a good cause. On June 8th, we will paddle on the Sandy River from Dodge Park to Oxbow Park, roughly 40 minutes from Portland.
Join INCIGHT for a day on the green where we will raise funds to Unlock the Potential of People. Come network with clients, co-workers and friends at this highly anticipated annual event. It's a great opportunity to get out of the office and have some fun, all to support education, employment and independence in our community.
This one-day event will bring together women affected by cancer and their families to partake in field day activities all afternoon! With support from Barre3, Backbody Project, MegaBurn and more, we will offer a 60-minute workout routine with high intensity movement for everyone.

CAP’s Art Auction & After Party is Portland’s premier art event benefiting Cascade AIDS Project. Each year, more than a thousand people come together to help CAP support and empower all people with or affected by HIV, reduce stigma, and provide the LGBTQ+ community with compassionate healthcare.

Stride for Seniors brings together thousands of walkers to raise funds to provide nutritious meals and social connections for older adults in the greater Portland-Vancouver metro area served by Meals on Wheels People.

THE WHAT: BurnCycle is a 45-minute full-body indoor cycling class that incorporates drills to target your upper body, obliques, and core. With the music as our inspiration and instructors who live to motivate, it's like going to the best dance club in town—with a life coach.

THE WHY: We ride in support of Levé's 2019 nonprofit partner, Cascade Aids Project (CAP), a nonprofit offering full-spectrum services to test for HIV and assist those living with it. Their mission is to support and empower all people with or affected by HIV, to reduce stigma, and to provide the LGBTQ+ community with compassionate healthcare.

Playworks will hold a Breakfast of Champions Fundraiser, on Friday, March 22nd from 7:45-9 a.m. hosted by Cliff Allen, Dean of the School of Business at Portland State University. The event will be held at Portland State University in the Karl Miller Center, room 295. During this event, a hot, hearty breakfast will be served, followed by a program including a talk from special guest, Jill Vialet, Playworks founder and CEO.
Playworks’ mission is to improve the health and well-being of children by increasing opportunities for physical activity and safe, meaningful play. The Breakfast of Champions Fundraiser is not only a great way to learn more about our organization, it is also a great way to help make it possible for Playworks to provide healthy play to kids in schools.
It's our 15th Anniversary, and we're doing it up big for Charity Ball this year! We're bringing you a wine wall, raffle prizes you actually want, an epic dance party, and more. dfrntpigeon will be participating as a vendor in this years' Holiday Pop Up in Downtown Portland, 7 days a week starting the second week of November through Christmas Eve with store hours from 11am to 8pm daily. People with enthusiasm and a desire to contribute in a fun way to our social mission would be a great fit, and folks with retail and customer service experience would be ideal!

The New Avenues for Youth Ben & Jerry’s PartnerShop is exhibiting for the 4th year in a row at the Oregon Wedding Showcase at the Oregon Convention Center on October 20th & 21st from 10am – 4:30pm each day. They will have a team of youth and management serving up ice cream samples and chatting about catering services at the event and are looking for additional volunteer support chatting with brides and grooms about their big day and offering them ice cream catering party suggestions.
