Levé Opens Partner Application, Celebrates 15th Anniversary

To mark their fifteenth year, Levé is opening up their application to past partners and is going to choose up to three nonprofits to partner with in 2018.

Levé, the Pacific Northwest’s leader in millennial philanthropy, announces they are now accepting applications for 2018 nonprofit partners. The mission of Levé is to inspire the next generation of givers by connecting their community with a new local nonprofit each year. The annual partnership extends the fundraising, volunteer, and advocacy reach of each nonprofit.

From March 2017 through January of this year, Levé is partnered with Girls, Inc. of the Pacific Northwest to bring their mission of inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold to thousands of young people in the Portland area and beyond. Charity Ball, their signature party for a purpose in December 2017, attracted nearly 400 people. In addition to fundraising, Levé members participated in more than 160 hours of direct service with Girls, Inc. throughout the year.

To celebrate their 15th anniversary, Levé is doing things a bit differently. To mark this special milestone, they will be accepting applications from both new and past nonprofit partners, as well as choosing up to three organizations to partner with in the 2018 year. Back in 2013, they did a special 10-year anniversary year, where they brought back all 9 of their nonprofit partners and raised a record-breaking $130,000!

In honor of our 15th anniversary, we’re shaking things up a bit and, as always, raising the bar for ourselves and what our community can achieve. We plan to make 2018 a big year for not only Levé, but for millennial philanthropy in the Pacific Northwest!
— Kathryn Vsetecka, 2018 Levé President

Comprised of all women, Levé is a nonprofit curator of sorts. Since 2004, their 100% volunteer board have vetted hundreds of applications from local nonprofits, ultimately selecting one partner each year.

Interested applicants can review selection criteria and apply online by Friday, February 2, 2018.
